Several times over the past week disclosure was a topic of focus. It reminded me of an adage I learned as a real estate broker over 15 years ago, and one I still adhere to:
With regard to disclosure: If there is any doubt, there is no doubt (that the information should be disclosed).
Staying true to this model has proven over and over to be a good idea.
